Do NOT attach Tandem Bar Shackles like these two pictures, attach them to the strap where the pilot carabiner attaches. They should not attach metal-to-metal. Use the Pilot Carabiners to attach to the Redundant Safety Strap.
It can also be attached by adding a second set of Hang Straps to the Pilot end of the Tandem Bar:
