Assembly: PSF Harness

TIPS FOR THE FRAME 2016 (M4 FRAME)

 

Distance Bar Setting (J-Bars)

Setting of PSF Distance Bars on the M4 Frame - to obtain the best stability of the machine it is very important to respect the measurements shown below:

 

Harness Size A left A right B left B right
M 30 29 45,5 43
L 35 34 49 47

Each measurement may have a tolerance, as each machine may be slightly different. The most important thing is that the right measure compared to the left one must be different, the assymetric measure is for toque compensation, about 1 cm size A, about 2 cm size B.

 

 

Attaching J-Bars to the Harness

Follow the diagrams below for attaching Miniplane or Apco Harness to the Distance Bars:

 

 

 

 

 

 

PSF Belt Assembly

Follow the pictures below to attach the support belts from the PSF Harness to the new 2016 Frame:
