Assembly: Redrive (Redrive Parts)

Included with your Miniplane is a small bottle of oil that needs to be added to the Redrive Gearbox before use. Remove the temporary shipping cap and add 1/2 of the contents of the included bottle of oil (30-35cc) for the first 10 hours. Keep the second half for later: drain and add the second half. Cap the gearbox with the included Gearbox Vent Cap and tighten gently. For future refills, use 85 w 140 Gear Oil.

To look at the Clutch, you can remove the two Nylock nuts on each side of the Redrive housing and pull the redrive off the Engine Block quite easily. Look for any extra "flash", (clutch glue) or other debris to make sure this area is clean.

The next step in the assembly is the Muffler.
